The staff were very kind to a vulnerable customer while I was there and, even though they were understaffed, they really tried to make sure everyone's treatment was done. I also appreciate that they gave me a last minute slot.
Because it was so busy I ended up sitting there for double my slot time - maybe next time it would be worth asking the customer to come back later, rather than moving between clients.

Sufficient work, eventually the colour looked nice and pretty much close to what I asked. The only thing is that is quite busy saloon so is better for a time consuming treatment to avoid Saturdays. Overall it was good.
