Very rough technique, kept hurting me with nail file like it’s a construction site with a very wide motion, no precision. Nails look disproportional to the size of my hand and nail bed, didn’t properly file down apex and paint around the edges - it’s all rough and scratched. Extensions look like poorly applied press- ons and feel uncomfortable as well. Didn’t prep them properly. Was sick, didn’t wear a mask - tools were not sanitised until I asked, dirt under master nail.

Just a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Lee-Ann dyed and blow-dried my hair to PERFECTION! I’ve never been happier with it. I’ve received so many compliments! I didn't even know my hair could be this soft and shiny. My hair is thick and curly but Lee-Ann never made me feel bad about it, unlike some stylists in the past. She is super professional, super pleasant & very talent. I'll be back! 😍
