I am so disappointed I could cry. I didn’t have Laurie who I normally get, it was a new girl I didn’t get the name of. She scraped the top of my bare nail with a harsh file, didn’t even shape them. Didn’t touch my cuticles and went straight into BIAB and gel. They lasted hardly a week, before tearing off without my help (blow drying hair etc). Gel usually lasts 2+ weeks for me. My nails are now very badly damaged and will take months to recover. I will not be returning.
