I wasnt seen by Richard as my booking had led me to believe but I was seen by Katie she was friendly and welcoming and really took the time to make sure she did a good job. My half head highlights and cut was exactly what I wanted and she checked in with me during the cut to make sure I was happy. The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming and they ensure they complied with Covid guidelines with their certificates on show too.
