Disappointed. I recently had a baby and have been suffering with back pain. I booked to have a full body massage from Lynn having read the online reviews. I was phoned to change my time to 30 minutes later (so for 17:00 rather than 16:30 which I agreed) however when I showed up, Lynn was not there.
I was not told during the phone call that she wouldn’t be available, and was disappointed to be told once I arrived. As I had traveled all the way there and had made arrangements for my little baby, I accepted for the other girl to do my massage.
I am disappointed as the young girl tried her best but you could tell she was not very experienced. My massage was for 40 minutes as opposed to the 1 hour stipulated online. I felt the whole experience was very RUSHED. There was no ambience as there were other staff cleaning, hovering and making excessive noise outside the room.
My massage was for 17:00. If they were going to rush the experience, they shouldn’t accept bookings. Ideally I would like my money back. Having to book another massage with another venue as this one stressed me out more than it relaxed me.

Excellent experience as I was getting my brows tinted and waxed for the first time. Lady that done my wax was amazing wish I could remember her name. She was chatting to me the whole time and we had a good laugh! Would defo go back and would recommend to everyone!!

Having any kind of treatment in a salon should be a pampering experience. The salon is not clean and need a lot of TLC. My haircut lasted 9min on the clock , that’s far from being pampered. I end up having to book another haircut somewhere else because my hair looked uneven . So disappointed...
