Turned up to my appointment which was at 1.50 to be told it had been changed! I wasn’t told this nor had any email or even a phone call! Really not happy! Can’t make the changed appointment! It’s really unprofessional that I wasn’t told it had been changed! Last few times I have been I’ve had a problem! Definately never coming back again! Waiting to hear back about a refund!
