Booking wasn’t with Katie Rose who has done my hair previously and has been amazing. Arrived at the salon at 9.50 for my 10am appt and it was closed, even though opening times say 9am. Stood in the cold for 15 minutes in hope someone would turn up. Welcomed by Becky who was apologetic and got me in the salon and made me a hot coffee so couldn’t fault her. The lady doing my hair didn’t turn up until gone 10.30. the treatment itself was okay, but not what I’d expect when paying £40

Very calming atmosphere and friendly staff. I just had a baby 9 weeks ago and Grace was sensitive and delicate during the waxing process. Able to pay attention to detail and took her time to complete the task.
