Never been to the place, first time. Place seems nice, employees are nice. BUT hot wax was not proper, it kept breaking into tiny pieces, which are still all over my personal parts. After showering, I noticed I still got hair! Hollywood waxing includes bikini line and inner labia, which are still full of hair. very disappointing
