I had an amazing experience at Esthetics Lounge! Ruby was incredible so professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. She truly took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and it made all the difference. The environment was spotless and clinical, which gave me a lot of confidence in their standards of care. At the same time, the ambience was calming and relaxing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Esthetics Lounge.

I came in to have treatment as I suffer with extremely dry skin during the winter time, I’ve tried so many expensive moisturisers but nothing helps. I had a consultation with Ruby, she discussed varies different options with me I then decided to try Profhilo. All I can say is OMG I’ve never had this treatment before but my skin feels so plump, hydrated & my skin feels radiant I finally have a glow! I am due to go back for another session & can’t wait. Definitely recommend for dry skin.

I have never written a bad review on Treatwell but this time I am a little shocked by what happened… I went to someone new rhibking they would be professional but I should have thought twice. The lady was pleasant but she completely burned my eyebrow off… she pulled my skin off I will insert pics. I have explained to her this has happened in the past and she ensured me it would not happen with her and of course it happened… it is so painful now.
