Do not go to this salon. Honestly, it’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. First of all the ‘beautician’ was over 20 minutes late for my appointment so my feet were left soaking for far too long in tepid water. When she finally arrived she was completely incompetent and very inexperienced with the manger frequently coming in and out of the room telling her what to do, which is very unreassuring. The room had a dreadful atmosphere, plastic stools, wet paper cloths, a fridge and a microwave 🤢 and nowhere to put my feet other than dirty carpet tiles (so I was told to just rest my foot on my shoe!) There was a choice of about 5 nail varnishes (all pink or orange) and the girl doing it took far far too long - what should have been a 45 minute appointment too over an hour and a half. I have nothing good to say about this place. I will never be going again and suggest that nobody else does too. What’s worse is that I paid over £30 for something I could have done better myself.

The lady who treated me was very nice but unexperienced I'm afraid and appeared to be left to deal with clients on her own by the salons manager. The wax took over an hour and was very uneven.

The massage itself was good but the atmosphere wasn’t. The lights were bright rather than dimly lit with candles, the relaxation music wasn’t great and my therapist had to leave the room during the massage to attend to someone who walked in as there was no receptionist.

Really odd place. Was told paint wasn’t included in manicure price (not had that happen before!) so they said they’d have to charge me extra. Then they only had a selection of 5 colours so decided not to have the manicure done... weird vibe in there too.
