This is the second time I visit ESTEClinic.
I met a new Therapist. She is very sweet and she loves her job.
In fact, I am sad to say that I cannot be happy with my experience. Despite my long hair easy to remove, I ended up with tiny broken hair, wasting my time and money. The therapist kept saying my hair was ingrown, until I lifted my skin by pulling my hair up with my fingers to show it wasn’t.
The towel on the bed was stained right where you are supposed to rest your face while lying prone.
I turned up to the venue to find it closed and so my appointment didn’t go ahead. Trying ringing the venue at least 5 times but no answer. Currently waiting to hear back from Treatwell about my refund as I prepaid. So disappointing and no explanation or apology so far 3 days later.
