The place is not clean, the tools either, the nail polish smell is so strong that it gave me a headache. The staff was not on time at all and informed me that they only accept cash at the very end.

Really unpleasant experience.
The place is extremely dirty and messy. There’s nail dust everywhere and no one seems to clean it, not even your technician.
The person who did my nails didn’t wash his hands once, even between my feet and my hands.
Then I saw him blow his nose, not wash his hands and then come finish my hands.
I have asked 5 times to make the nails shorter but they’re still too long.
No finish at the end to check the shape or anything.
Very dissatisfied all along. And their manicure is more expensive than other places yet the products they use are cheap brands.

Ambience is okay but there was no really hygiene like disinfection for the hands. They never asked if I like the nails.

Gave me a perfectly nice mani pedi. You don’t come here for the relaxing atmosphere but the massage chair was a surprise bonus.
