Mandy was extremely friendly and explained the process to me in detail and the steps she will be taking during the massage, I felt completely relaxed, calm and at ease, I forget where I was and my head felt lighter in a good way, it was just what I needed after a very stressful work week. Mandy’s welcome was very warm, she explained the treatments and her journey to setting up her own Head Spa. The ambiance in the room was so calming and relaxing and that was before the treatment started! The therapeutic smells of the natural oils and products used on my hair, face arms and hands was amazing. The treatment was very relaxing. My hair was so soft (bleached straw like before) and my skin was glowing it looked and felt so good. I’m definitely returning!
