Had to wait 15 mins for my appointment as the slot was double booked (issue with treatwell)
However Shadi was apologetic and worked efficiently to catch up time
the lash lift was great -really pleased with results

I had a lash lift and tint this morning, it looked pretty at the time, but now 10h later my lashes are back to normal. They’re not curled at all… I had this procedure done before at a different salon and they were curled for a whole month. I am guessing the products used were of lesser quality. Disappointed

I will highly recommend this Salon, really loved the treatment and there is so much more they are offering. It’s like one stop solution for me. I am not going anywhere else now. The staff is so friendly and make you comfortable.

I wouldn’t really recommend.
Lady playing music off her phone/texting, changing songs - wasn’t very ascetically pleasing coming in and out the room constantly and knocking my head bright lights -
They recommend using a LED light for my skin which I was like ‘okay you guys know best’ when leaving tried to charge me and extra £25 for the light which they never told me so I said no as I wouldn’t have agreed to it was then told to leave - the Also ended treatment 25 mins early when I paid for 1hr
