Absolutely nothing wrong with this service, but nothing to write home about either. The treatment was exactly as described, but I found the facilities to be only acceptable, the therapist pleasant but a little too swift and abrasive. There was still a fair amount of rough skin on my feet afterwards, despite the treatment being fairly long. I was told that the therapist was covering for someone's holiday and didn't normally work there, so maybe that was a factor, as was the fact that I was her last appointment of the day. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from booking but not sure if I would return.
I used to be a regular visitor but then changed my job so have only recently decided to go back after some disappointing experiences at other salons. I had full-leg waxing and brazilian waxing (hot wax). Even though it is a little bit pricier than elsewhere, I do recommend this salon with no hesitation. It is great value for money. The therapist (Melissa) was great - I had never had brazilian waxing done before and it was not painful at all! The result was excellent and lasted a long time, my legs were still fine after 3 weeks. I will definitely start visiting regularly again even though I do not work or live in the area.
