The ambiance could definitely be improved with some music, pictures, candles, flowers, etc. (it's just a small room in a basement which is really quiet when not talking to the manicurist.) That being said, the service was quick and efficient, and my manicure looked good and lasted a full week.

The treatment room is basic (a bit of music would add a bit more of a relaxing atmosphere), but extremely clean. My beautician was friendly and highly efficient, getting me in and out within 15 minutes (although the treatment didn't feel at all rushed). My waxing was fairly pain-free and looked perfect - extremely pleased with the end result. If you're looking for quick, good, reasonably inexpensive service, this is the right spot! Will be back soon.

The staff are so friendly and the beauty room is nice, plus they do a great leg wax! It's down stairs at the back of a pharmacy which feels a bit odd and it's a little dingy which is why I rated 4/5 for atmosphere.
