A very disappointing experience. Gel varnish had chipped withing hours of leaving, I had to request moisturiser as part of the pedicure and it was EXTREMELY slow (more than 2 hours for a pedicure and basic file and paint). The gel setting machine was broken, the colour choice was poor if you don't want something with shimmer and the setting is not spa like at all. it I've been here for waxing before and would recommend it for that without but certainly not for nails. If I hadn't have prepaid through Treatwell it was the kind of service I would be discussing with the management about not paying full price for before leaving.

On entrance to the spa, downstairs through the pharmacy I was welcomed and shown where my treatment would be. Nicola was lovely and left my skin feeling radiant and virtually pore less!

After my neighbourhood salon closed, I was on the hunt for a new salon offering Jessica nail treatments, which are much gentler on the nails than other products without compromising performance. I am so glad to have found this place! The spa, located in the basement of a high-end pharmacy, is clean and has a pleasant ambience. Nicola was warm and professional and my mani/pedi turned out beautifully — two weeks later, my nails still look great. Highly recommended!
