Ok treatments. Notable change since the change of manage. Little staff interest/engagement in the salon and therefore sub standard treatments. I’m not surprised the average rating has gone down.

This is by far the worst Hollywood was that I have ever had. The lady waxing me had no idea what she was doing, the wax itself took long and left me bruised and bleeding. It was an absolute waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to try them.

So the lady doing it had a cold & she shouldn’t have been in handling clients . I caught cold and also she just didn’t want to be there. So treatment was not good.
