Effective facial. Not the most luxurious/ relaxing experience overall (felt a bit rushed in and out without time to talk about my specific skin problems, when this was meant to be the bespoke service. However I was happy with the results.
Unfortunately, the treatment wasn't relaxing: the operator had a heavy hand while spreading the creams and using the microdermabrasion instrument. I found the experience a bit too harsh. Usually I am not nasty in giving feedback; however, this time I believe I need to give my opinion on what happened. At the end of the treatment, I was watching the products hat this pharmacy/shop is selling. I have tried two products and then used the toilet to rinse my hands. I was sincerely interested in the products, but I didn't buy anything. While going out, a shop assistant (or even the manager) stated: "So you came here just to use the toilet!". I was quite shocked and I barely said that I just had a treatment downstairs. After I left the shop, I received an email saying that he didn't realize I was coming from the spa and they were just disappointed because tourists usually use the toilet which is supposed to be for clients. My answer was the following: "I appreciate your apologies. However, I still believe your behaviour was really rude. If you noticed I was using the toilet, you should have also noticed I was using it just to rinse my hands after testing two of your products, in which I was sincerely interested. I also believe that if I would have been a tourist, I would never enter a pharmacy expecting to find a toilet to use. So maybe, the tourists that are coming into your shop, are also potential costumers; maybe they are attracted by the products, not by the toilet. With your behaviour, you will discourage them to come back to buy something, as you did with me. There are different ways to keep tourist away from that toilet: what about writing a message on the door, or keep the keys at the reception and give them only to the clients? I am sure you already took into consideration these options and you decided that the most effective was to verbally attack people. In any case, I did not enjoy the treatment; the operator was not gentle while using the machine and had not a soft touch while spreading the creams. It wasn't relaxing at all. I wish you a good day and good luck with your commercial activity. G."
Really good facial, id come back again
Quick and painless brazilian wax, very happy about the service!
Very easy to find and a clean, nice salon. The staff were really informative about after care and other treatments I said I might be interested in. Would definitely go back!
