The lady was lovely however I really wouldn’t recommend this for a facial. I left with my eye make up on and mascara all under my eyes. The hot towels used to wipe products away were always used on my chest first before my face which was surprising and the music from outside also clashed with the music in the room which isn’t very relaxing. The service was lovely but I didn’t leave feeling relaxed

It was extremely short , all together 15 minutes. I’ve had express microdermabrasion previously and it always lasted minimum 30 minute. Plus the instrument suction was negligible comparing to previous experience
