Essential Thyme Massage & Training

Essential Thyme offers a range of massage therapies with a twist. We realise that not everyone fits into the same box, and this is why you book a 30-, 45- or 60-minute session and after your consultation a bespoke massage session will be created targeting your pain points which usually involves around 4 or 5 different massage techniques in the one session.

We also specialise in the following massages Pregnancy, Oncology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Cupping & Clinical Aromatherapy.

Jesmond Metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, so you'll have no problem keeping connected. There's also on street parking a short walk away on Fernwood Road (parking free up to 2 hours without a permit).
