Chevontae was an absolute gem, she briefed me on the process for my Hollywood, made sure that I was relaxed and completely at ease. Would highly recommend and I’ll be sure to book my next Hollywood @essentialtherapie. The therapists make sure the areas are clean and welcoming and overall the spa feels like a little safe heaven in the heart of the bustle of the city
