It would be nice if the this person that treated me today (I don’t know her name) wouldn’t show her in her mimics and attitudes that she isn’t enjoying it. Also comments that my hairs would be too thick is not polite. Some people’s hairs are thick, that’s why I prefer waxing rather than shaving. If it’s your job, so deal with it and don’t speak with me as if you’re judging me. I will never come to this place again. All the season she made me feel bad with her attitude. I have been to many places but no one left so many hairs like her. Even when there are some hairs left they removed them with tweezers (I will definitely go back to them although they are far from my new home now). If I book a 2,5 hours session as it is shown in this app and you finish it in 1 hour I expect you to remove ALL hairs at least until the 2,5 hours full! Very disappointing! Also please clean the rooms better and put some relaxing music on, people pay so much for not only waxing but also relaxing.

Just amazing. I had Simi and she was so lovely. The wax was virtually painless and so so quick. I decided to also get a pedicure and my nails painted. I will be back it wasn’t just lovely.
