Amazing! Sima is the best! I went to essential beauty works with a very sore shoulder. I’ve been suffering for a few months now and have almost given up trying to make it better. After half an hour back/neck tension massage at EBW, however, my shoulder has really loosened up. The massage itself was so amazing, I cannot compliment Sima enough. She is brilliant and intuitive. I felt very welcome too, all of the staff are really lovely and I have already booked another massage in 2 weeks time.
