The ladies were all friendly and the room was spotless. Sima asked if I had any areas that I wanted her to work on and was very thorough in her massage.
I had heard excellent things about Essentials and wasn't disappointed.

I had a Hollywood wax done. On arrival to the venue the waiting area had nice relaxing music playing. I was met warmly, taken through to the treatment room. The treatment rooms are quite private however if someone else was in the shop there is a chance of being seen when your beautician is coming into the room. The wax used seemed alright however was not effectively removing my hair so had to do certain areas repeatedly. Decent result after wax, but not all hair strands removed. Meera was lovely
