Sima ruined my eyebrows and marked my upper lips. I only needed a tidying up because earlier in the month I had my eyebrows mapped professionally. I almost felt like crying after Sima took off one side of my eyebrow way too much, visibly ruined my original shape. As a result, one side completely misaligned with the other. I also had a tint booked and Sima went over the ruined eyebrow to conceal the error and make the eyebrows look similar shape but it was way too visible even with the tint. :(
