Had a great wax, nearly painless which was a first for me! Catherine was lovely and chatty which distracted me from the process and very efficient. Only not given 5 stars as the rooms aren’t necessarily the most relaxing I’ve experienced and my appointment had to be brought forward due to double booking so I had to rush to get there but overall very happy and will be back.
