When I arrived the wax pot was not even switched on and they did not have my booking as I was told. The wax treatment was good but they try to charge you extra for areas that should be covered in that treatment for the price you pay.

Therapist was great and definitely is value for money. I was asked if I would like hot wax which I always prefer so said yes but wasn't advised that this was an additional £5. On paying and returning home I rang the salon to make sense of the charge and was told then. Please be clear at the time if further charges are to be incurred. Many thanks.
