Staff were lovely. However the pedicure only included cuticle work and paint application. Did not even get my feet soaked or scrubbed. £30 for what 😕

I've been in Essential Beauty a couple of times and the service is very good. Staff is very nice. Service a bit expensive compared to what I was used to before I moved to Kensal Rise

I like the staff here, very friendly and efficient. Would definitely benefit from advertising what is included in the gel pedicure particularly as it was simply nails, no filing of heels or balls of feet etc which was a bit of a shame as I normally have this as standard at other places and I had lovely nails but ugly feet 😊! Also, doing the pedicure with me sat on a massage bed and my knees bent for the duration was very uncomfortable for me (back problems), chair would’ve been much better. Happy with my nails overall so would go back but possibly not for the pedicure just as I was very uncomfortable.
