The first visit was great, with a kind and gentle therapist. On the second visit, although the initial therapist was also lovely, another staff member interrupted and rushed the session due to overbooking. This second person was abrupt, made me feel uncomfortable, and seemed aware of it, repeatedly asking if they were okay. While the service was delivered, I felt rushed and pressured to be satisfied with a less-than-ideal experience.
