This saddens me to write, but I asked for a towel for my treatment and was given one folded on top of the shelf in the room. After my treatment, the same towel was rolled and put back in the exact same spot. I saw as the room was supposedly prepared for the next customer, and the towel on the bed was also not changed. This total lack of hygiene is unfortunately a reason to never go back. They are lovely, and I am very sad at this disregard for customer's health & wellbeing
