Disappointed that cuticles were not cut. I was told by beautician they aren't allowed to cut them but I've always had them cut in all salons I've been to before. She didn't explain why they aren't allowed. Getting rid of cuticles was the main reason I wanted a pedicure so was rather disappointing. £35 for just gel is overpriced I think too.
