It was an excellent back shoulder and neck massage, before it started the therapist asked questions about back pain etc, she was very professional throughout, I’ve already booked to go back for a facial, would highly recommend

Upon arrival, the reception area was empty and after waiting for some time, a therapist asked me if I could come back in 15 minutes as their last treatment was running over. Not super professional - would have been better for someone to send a message to notify when they knew this. The actual treatment was decent and the therapist listened to my notes on my trouble areas. She lost interest at some points and the pressure was intermittent but overall she eased my aches and pains
