Salon called me once I booked to say that it was too short notice to use the hot stones and could I come another time. The whole point of Treatwell I thought was to have access to last minute appointments? I said no and that I wished to cancel so the salon owner/manager said they would make it work.
The stones were scalding my skin so the therapist switched to a regular massage. Not the most relaxing - continuous questions about the pressure and what I do for a living, etc. Won’t be returning
