The staff were inviting and friendly. Overall the facial was good. However, I don't believe she extracted as many impurities as she could of; she only focused on my nose. But overall, the beautician had a lovely technique and gave me a wonderful head, neck and should message.

Intimate place with an ambience representing zen and peace as soon as you walk through the door. How did i not know this place existed in Hanwell Broadway! Had a lovely experience here in a small but beautiful treatment room with heated bed, subtle lighting and relaxing melodies playing gently in background. I had an Indian Head massage and left feeling zen like. they also sell products and i purchased a white frangipani candle, which smells divine and fills my bedroom at home with the most beautiful fragrance. very happy with my treatment here and will definitely be going back.

Cosy place, staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had threading and a facial. The threading was good, pain free, but as the room is a bit dark, I ended up finding a few hairs when I got home. The facial was so soothing and left me skin feeling incredibly soft, would definitely return. I would just suggest for them to find a place to allow customers to put coats as bags.
