The treatment was on time and of a good quality. Staff were friendly and professional. I thought it would include underarm wax too, but this wasn't offered and I didn't ask incase it was extra! I was informed of other treatments I could have. I explained I didn't have the money and this wasn't pushed. Have always had good treatments here. Slightly more expensive than a place in West Ealing, but not much in it.
