Was kept waiting 15 minutes for my appointment. Arrived early so it felt even longer!
Massage room was very small and the lady doing the massage didn't give me any instructions about what to do for the massage, ie. take off your shirt and wrap the towel around you and lie face down on the bed, She just left the room, with no instructions on where the towel was...More communication is needed.
The massage was nice but I felt like more effort could have been put into my shoulders where the stress knots were, instead of the lower part of my back which doesn't really need it....
But overall a very nice massage, but not sure it was worth the £30 paid. Also the massage did not run for the full 30 minutes, it was more like 20-25 minutes!

I 've been with Zahida for over 10 years and have followed wherever she went. Very professional and comfortable experience. Tried the Oxygen facial for the first time. Would like to give it a 5 star but have given it a 4 star as this is the first time. Skin looked amazing immediately, and for the first few days - smoother, plumper and much less pigmentation. I guess you need a few regular visits for fullest effect. All in all loved it and would like to have some more facials. Would highly recommend you visit Essential Beauty and you will not be disappointed..

it was long time i was looking for anti-ageing , skin pigmentation and refreshment , hydration or Collagen treatments , guess what ! i found them all in One Facial Treatment Called Mesotherapy ! Ms.Saeedeh (Managing Lady in Essential Spa , she advised me about that and the possible effect of this facial , but honestly results were even more than my expectation, i found lots of wrinkles gone , lots of pores disappeared , beautiful unified pigmentation , and a glow on my skin (like when i was 10 years ago) . they are very friendly , clean , honest and amazingly professional .definitely recommend them !!
