I booked a 'Not just any deep tissue massage'
The massage was not even close to a deep tissue massage, there was no pressure or techniques applied that proved otherwise. I asked the therapist to go firmer but she didn't fulfil my request and there for I have to give 'Essensial Beauty Spa Mind body & soul' no more than a 1* due to the dissapointment.

I've had IPL treatments at several places, and none have given me the results I get here. I think it's because the experienced and professional therapists here know how to calibrate the machine and raise the strength at the appropriate time to balance effectiveness and safety. It's also minimally painful, and there's ample aloe vera and soothing cream for the odd sting. I come 3 miles for treatments here - good value, good staff, and good results every time.
