The therapist was not the one in the picture.
The treatment happened in a room with a bed, nothing like the pictures shown on the website. I was shocked when I arrived, the floor was a dirty carpet, with paint stains.
I mentioned the fact that it is not fair to make someone pay for a treatment in a room which looks like a hospital room, however the therapist was not the owner. Making me pay full price for a treatment done in a temporary room with no atmosphere is not acceptable.
