About
Lindsey is based in Darlington and qualified in complementary therapies, holistic massage and aromatherapy at the Butterwick Hospice in Stockton. She also has qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Crystal Reflexology and Reiki and loves being able to tailor treatments to an individual's personal needs, often combining different therapies, to help achieve a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Lindsey has worked in hospices and hospitals, supporting people with serious and chronic illnesses (in particular, cancer), and their relatives and carers. She is excited to see how complementary therapies are being adopted in hospitals to work alongside mainstream cancer treatment. Lindsey loves walking with her Bedlington Terrier, Bella at the seaside and plans one-day to get back to pottering around the Dales on her Royal Enfield motorbike.

Victoria has been enjoying carrying out Holistic Therapies for almost 20 years and loves it now as much as ever. She truly believes in the power of them. Working on sore muscles, easing a stressed mind, being an ear for people or simply letting somebody have a little time of peace and tranquility.
