Anna is a lovely woman, very personable and skilled. From when I got there she was welcoming and explained clearly what would happen. Throughout the facial she made sure I was comfortable, enjoying it and felt pampered. It was my first facial and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and will no doubt have more there in future
