Eva is a very friendly & kind lady who welcomed me with warmth. She also offered me a beauty chat about my skin + treatment before we began. She showed professionalism & expertise at every stage. She was very gentle in her approach and explained about each step as we progressed with my treatment. As it was my first session of dermapen I was very tensed & nervous about potential discomfort but she was very accommodating with a few minutes for me to relax. She was also reassuring about positive results and I felt so much at ease. I am a very satisfied customer who rarely would leave a review but I felt she so deserves it as she is so dedicated as a beautician. I would highly recommend Eva & her services were impeccable.
