I came in for a treatment with Kelsey and was quite nervous as my first time doing anything cosmetic. Immediately Kelsey's calm, caring and attentive nature made me feel very relaxed and at home. I knew I was in safe and caring hands.
I think Kelsey is so wonderful and I will definitely be back to see her again. Highly recommend Essence Beauty, Kelsey and her team are great for what ever your thinking of doing. You will be very happy ..I sincerely was!

It took a while to be seen, showed to a back room which was very tight and small. Undressed and given no towel. Kept pushing on my vagina which hurt a lot, picked at the wax which was excruciating and used strip wax instead of Lycon hot wax.
