A fantastic spa night away with friends. Couldn’t fault the staff they were amazing. Food really good! Treatments were great. Spa area a little small as it was quite busy. Would definitely go again
2nd stay here with my mum. Great communication with spa staff and hotel prior to stay eg time of spa treatment, able to choose time of dinner and request double room. Car parking easy, warm welcome from reception, room clean and comfortable, lovely back massage, only difference from last stay is that prawn dishes no longer on the Indian set menu. But food great anyway.
i would never go there ever again!!! I also made a complaint to the manager and he said he would investigate and up until now he has not gotten back to me, The reception staff was rude the first night we went in to make an enquiry . With so many viruses going around how can you blow your nose and then not wash your hands and continue to massage me and then sneeze and let your snort fall directly on my skin? And then at the end leave the door wide open and i am half naked on the table???
Receptionist was rude on arrival, bartender was a little rude, I was pushed out fast after my treatment to leave the room as soon as possible. There were cleaners making loads of noise at the peak time of drinks/dinner. Rooms were lovely and the spa facilities were great especially the pool. I would definitely go there again despite a few issues.
