It was an amazing experience I took my partner there for his birthday and he loved I would recommend others to attend. The staff are friendly and respectful the hotel is so clean. Whether you go there on your own or with someone you will certainly enjoy
Good point - Gym good but any more than a couple people will be a struggle, food was fantastic and staff was friendly and polite, Hotel room very nice
Bad points - Keep your receipt paid for the drinks at the end of the meal and on leaving was charged again and then reception staff stated I had signed receipt saying bill room when it wasn't my signature, also on my package there was chocolate dipped strawberry's but they had no idea about this part of the package, pool small and quite crowded
Really enjoyed the break at the Holiday Inn. Disappointed we couldn't get any spa treatments because they needed 3 weeks notice due to demand, which rules out a late rooms break! However, Hotel was really clean and staff were helpful.
Was a lovely experience staff were excellent and made the trip all the better, dinner was beautiful and spa treatments lovely
The Spa Day was wonderful, the staff were very professional and helpful, it was a very clean and modern facility. The day in the spa was faultless, only one suggestion, maybe if the atmosphere in the treatment room was a little softer, maybe be darker and less clinical, but that is all, the lady masseuse was very good and extremely caring and considerate of privacy.
The tea was also perfect, just enough lovely food and we wer left to relax for as long as we wanted to. I would recommend this day to anyone to try, I know I will be going back one day for a top up. Thank you for organising this and thank you to the staff at the Holiday Inn at Winnersh Triangle, near Reading. :-)
