Lovely day, all 3 of us enjoyed our massages and the tea and the chance to do nothing...! Good pool and steam room/sauna. Good idea to allow children but only at certain times. Changing rooms very pleasant.
Second time here and absolutely loved it! My mom and I we had a very relaxing time out! Definitely recommend to all my friends and anyone who needs to zone out from the hectic life.
Had an amazing time on our spa weekend. Menu was great, food was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, calm and relaxing environment. Would 100% recommended this package/hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back!!!
Really impressed by the whole experience! Bottle of Prosecco in the room a nice added touch, all facilities clean and well maintained, room especially good for the price. Would definitely recommend!
Booked a spa day for 2 of us. Each of us to have an hour long treatment at 1.30pm.
Arrived at 11.00 am but were not told until 1.25pm that a male employee would have to do the all-over body exfoliation on my daughter.
The manager would not let us re-book, warned us about making negative comments and said he would refuse to support a refund if we went back to the third party we booked through.
We had to have the treatments one after another as we had paid and it did not look as though we could get a refund and it was too much to just write off because of his very rude and negative behaviour. This meant that we missed lunch and they did not offer any food and/or beverage as compensation.
Would not recommend this hotel and spa to anyone.
Customers should be asked when they book if they are happy for a male employee to carry out the treatments. We had only booked the day before so they must have known this would be the case.
