Had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone came to the desk to book us in. The receptionist couldn't answer our questions on our spa visit regarding treatments. She did show us through to the changing rooms. Was a little hard to relax in the pool area with crying children, but they didn't stay long. The massage we had which was included in our package was amazing. Best one I've had. Definitely will be going back for another. We then had afternoon tea. This again was amazing, staff very professional, they definitely looked after us. Overall a great afternoon, will be going back for more of the same.
All staff were very friendly and helpful. My friends and I visited on a Monday and it was very quiet; at times we had the pool to ourselves. All our massages were excellent. Only minuses were that the treatment rooms could have been warmer, my friends did not realise that they would be sharing a treatment room and we did not have slippers supplied. Would definitely recommend this spa.
Was a lovely clean hotel, far more luxurious than I expected. Restaurant was lovely had set menu including a festive menu or a Indian menu which you could choose off of both giving us more choice. Spa was beautiful, calm and peaceful and the people who worked there were helpful and very friendly would definitely go back in the new year!
Lovely experience and lovely staff in the spa. Restaurant staff a little miserable though. Very surly waitress showed us to our seats for break fast and didn't even speak to us. We had to ask how to get our breakfast as no one bothered to tell us it was a buffet where you served yourself. Staff need to be more hospitable and helpful.
