The staff were nice and the place was clean/calm but the waxing was not well-done, strange technique pulling the strips sideways and applying the wax in random directions. Resulted in a patchy/ incomplete wax and going over the same areas multiple times. The therapist said it was because the hair was too short but I have had many waxes with the hair this length (3 weeks growth) and I was able to successfully wax the rest at home so this was not why.
