HORRIBLE! Avoid at all costs. They double-booked despite my week-ahead reservation. I waited 25 mins, then got burned *three times* with overheated wax. The tech ignored my warnings and didn’t test the wax. She pulled against hair growth, causing pain and poor results. She applied gel before checking for missed hairs, then rewaxed over it, worsening irritation. Still unfinished, she rushed me out for the next client. I had to fight for a refund—still no money days later. Total disaster.
