Absolutely horrible! Incompetent to carry out the treatment, that didn’t take. Charged £62.40 then agreed to re-do it a week after, but then cancelled due to the manager deciding not to come , without even notifying me and refused to refund me!

Appointment was delayed by 10 mins, I was only made aware via email 10 mins before the time but the technician was very apologetic explaining she tried to call me though it didn’t ring. My nails are slightly damaged but maybe due to gel done elsewher
