Had to tell the practitioner how to massage (from ankle to thigh) as she was doing the opposite and messing up with my lymphatic drainage. Unfortunately the venue was inappropriate, the room had been sprayed with freshener right before I was asked to get in (making breathing difficult) and the whole massage was affected by a clear lack of competence. Didn’t expect a Nobel massager but the basics at least…
